Can I rent sound, LED walls, lighting and staging from one company?

Yes — that is the point. VENEGEEST supplies all four together, so one crew coordinates the setup instead of several vendors working around each other on site.

Do you provide technicians, setup and teardown?

Yes. Delivery, setup, live technical support through the event and strike are part of the service. A lighting operator runs the console for events that shift through the evening, and cold spark, CO2 and low fog effects are timed to the show and run by our crew.

How far ahead should I book?

Same-week delivery is available across the Bay Area for most items. LED walls are worth reserving early, since panel inventory is finite and large events book ahead.

Are cold spark machines allowed indoors?

Cold spark fountains produce a spark effect that stays cool to the touch, which is why many indoor venues allow them where traditional pyrotechnics are prohibited. Placement, clearance and venue approval still matter — tell us the venue and we will advise what is permitted and handle the clearance the setup needs.
